Murthy Enterprises began as a personal journey. After starting, growing, and selling my own small business in Arizona, I realized how challenging — and often opaque — the exit process can be for entrepreneurs. Many owners wait too long, rely on incomplete information, or struggle to see their business through a buyer’s eyes.

I created Murthy Enterprises to help local business owners navigate this journey with confidence. My mission is simple: to provide clarity, guidance, and honest conversations that prepare owners for successful transitions.
